Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using "Thirty Three Square". By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Insurance/Damages Policy

Thirty Three Square Inc. does not have insurance; In many cases, regular homeowners insurance would cover any damages caused during a move, but unfortunately, we have no way to confirm on your behalf if your specific insurance package covers that. Rest assured we would handle every single item with great care. Your happiness and satisfaction means everything to us here at Thirty Three Square Inc.

Payment Policy

Payments are made in person by one of our team member on site after the job is done. Payments can be either in cash or e-transfer to thirtythreesquare@hotmail.com

Cancellation Policy

During High season, a deposit of 50% must be made 2 week prior to the moving date. Any cancellations made 7 days after the time of booking will result in a loss of the 20% deposit. For any cancellations made 3 days or less before the date of the booking, the remaining 30% will be charged.

Last Minute Booking Or Date/Time Change Policy

Last Minute Bookings and Date/Time changes are free of charge! If we have an available time slot, we would be more than happy to help :) Any and all exceptions will be up to the discretion of Thirty Three Square Inc.

Undisclosed Or Added Items Policy

All items disclosed prior to the move will be charged at regular rates. Undisclosed or Added items, depending on the number of items and the size, additional charges may apply. Any and all exceptions will be up to the discretion of Thirty Three Square Inc.

Change in Accessibility Policy

The accessibility to both the pick up and the drop off addresses is a factor used in the calculation of your estimated price, therefore, a change in accessibility will result in a change of price relative to the actual changes. Failure to update your accessibility 48 hours prior to your booking will result in a price increase which will be determined by Thirty Three Square Inc. Any and all exceptions will be up to the discretion of Thirty Three Square Inc.

Delay Policy

In cases where a delay is caused by incorrect information being entered while booking ex; wrong address, inaccurate items list, inaccurate accessibility, or any other error in the booking. or in any other case where the customer is at fault for the move being delayed, a fee subject to Thirty Three Square Inc.’s discretion will be applied to the final total. This occurs in any situation that does not hold our Mates at fault.

Elevator Policy

It is not the responsibility of Thirty Three Square Inc. to reserve elevators as this must be done by a tenant. Failure to do so can result in time delays or the use of stairs. In both cases, there will be an additional fee that is either related to overtime or additional labour due to the stairs. In cases where our experts are unable to complete the move due to time constraints or otherwise, depending on the package you have, The payment of 2 hours is required. Any and all exceptions are up to the discretion of Thirty Three Square Inc.

Extreme Weather Policy

In cases of inclement weather, bookings will be rescheduled at no extra cost. These cases include: fresh snowfall (equal to or greater than 20cm), icy rain, black ice due to very low temperatures, or temperatures below -25℃. Ultimately, however, it is up to the discretion of Thirty Three Square Inc. only to determine if bookings require rescheduling.

Bug Infestation Policy

Thirty Three Square Inc. has a strict no bug infestation policy. This means that any failure to disclose this information to us prior to a booking will result in a charge of 2 hours work depending on the package you have. No exceptions. The Job will be cancelled due to bug infestation. Any decisions made in regards to this bug infestation policy is entirely up to the discretion of Thirty Three Square Inc.

Assembly/Disassembly Policy

Our experts are happy to help you disassemble or assemble items at NO extra charge!
We carry a tool box with basic standard tools, please inform us prior to the move if an item needs a specific tool and if our experts do not carry that specific tool, you must provide it to us. Currently, our experts can offer this service for the following as example : tables, bed frames (king, queen, twin, and single), desks, fridge doors, couches, doors in general and more.
In cases where no information has been disclosed regarding assembly/disassembly prior to our expert’s arrival to the pick-up location, our experts have the right to refuse the completion of this service if they are unable to accommodate for time.

Packing Policy

Thirty Three Square does offer packing services as its own stand alone service, but also as an add-on to a booking. We carry Blankets and tape to cover sensitive items such as tables and drawers but you will be responsible for providing all other packing necessities such as boxes, filling, etc. We invite you to call us  today for more details!

Ride Along Policy

Do you need to meet our experts at the drop-off, but don’t have a car? Jump In! We would love to have you with us :) IT'S FREE! 
For Covid-19 related purposes, we do ask you to keep in mind that there will be no barrier/pexi-glass located between you and our Mate inside the truck.

Pet Ride Along Policy

We do love pets! feel free to bring your pet along for the trip. No additional charge!
Thirty Three Square Inc. does reserve the right to refuse the service to any pet that they deem to be a danger/unsafe for our Mates.
